ב,יא מרחיקין את האילן מן הבור עשרים וחמש אמה; החרוב והשקמה חמישים אמה, בין מלמעלן ובין מן הצד. אם הבור קדם, קוצץ ונותן דמים; אם האילן קדם, לא יקוץ; ספק זה קדם וזה קדם, לא יקוץ. רבי יוסי אומר, אף על פי שהבור קדם את האילן, לא יקוץ–שזה חופר בתוך שלו, וזה נוטע בתוך שלו.

ב,יב לא ייטע אדם אילן סמוך לשדה חברו, אלא אם כן הרחיק ממנו ארבע אמות–אחד גפנים, ואחד כל האילן. היה גדר בינתיים–זה סומך לגדר, וזה סומך לגדר. היו שורשיו יוצאין לתוך שדה חברו–מעמיק שלושה טפחים, כדי שלא לעכב את המחרשה. היה חופר בור ושיח ומערה–קוצץ ויורד, והעצים שלו.

Change in schedule – There will be no longer be a 9:00 Minyan for the rest of the week

In addition to the 7;00 and 8:00 Shachris, the 6;15 Shachris will resume tomorrow. Whomever can come to be mechazeik the minyan would be greatly appreciated.
