~We are having difficulty sending out emails and will I will be sending email from my own email today. The email difficulty is most likely due to the fact that we are sending out Mishnayos emails every morning and gmail only allows for a certain amount of emails to be sent. We will start wending the Mishnayos email from kollelmakarovmishnayos.

ג,א מי שמתו מוטל לפניו, פטור מקרית שמע ומן התפילין. נושאי המיטה וחילופיהן וחילופי חילופיהן, את שלפני המיטה ואת שלאחר המיטה–את שלמיטה צורך בהן, פטורין; ואת שאין למיטה צורך בהן, חייבין. אלו ואלו פטורין מן התפילה

ב,ד האומנין קורין בראש האילן או בראש הנדבך, מה שאינן רשאין לעשות כן בתפילה.

ב,ה חתן פטור מקרית שמע בלילה הראשון ועד מוצאי שבת, אם לא עשה מעשה. מעשה ברבן גמליאל שנשא, וקרא בלילה הראשון שנשא. אמרו לו, לא לימדתנו שחתן פטור מקרית שמע בלילה הראשון. אמר להם, איני שומע לכם לבטל ממני מלכות שמיים אפילו שעה אחת.

ב,ב אלו הן בין הפרקים–בין ברכה ראשונה לשנייה, ובין שנייה ל"שמע" (דברים ו,ד), ובין "שמע" ל"והיה, אם שמוע" (דברים יא,יג), בין "והיה, אם שמוע" ל"ויאמר" (במדבר טו,לז), בין "ויאמר" לאמת ויציב. רבי יהודה אומר, בין "ויאמר" לאמת ויציב לא יפסיק. אמר רבי יהושוע בן קורחה, למה קדמה "שמע" ל"והיה, אם שמוע"–אלא כדי שיקבל עליו עול מלכות שמיים תחילה, ואחר כך יקבל עליו עול מצוות; "והיה, אם שמוע" ל"ויאמר"–ש"והיה, אם שמוע" נוהג ביום ובלילה, ו"ויאמר" אינו נוהג אלא ביום.

ב,ג הקורא את שמע ולא השמיע לאוזנו, יצא; רבי יוסי אומר, לא יצא. קרא ולא דיקדק באותותיה, רבי יוסי אומר, יצא; רבי יהודה אומר, לא יצא. הקורא למפרע, לא יצא. קרא וטעה, יחזור למקום שטעה

The Rav spoke on Shabbos about a fund that has been set up to assist the family of Jack Koppel (Son of Mrs. Esther Weber and step-son of Dr. Weber). He left behind an Almonah and three children. Please open your heart and assist the family in their time of need. Checks can be made out to MPJC. Please write ‘Jack Koppel Fund’ on the check. Checks can be given to the Rav or any of the Gabbaiom. In this Zechus may Hashem bless our Kehillah only share in simchas in the future!. Tizku Limitzvos!
