Bikur Cholim

A month ago, we sent out an email seeking out volunteers for Bikur Cholim in both Beth Israel (on Kings Highway) and Community Hospitals. We BH have gotten a great response and began sending volunteers to the hospitals this week. If you did not respond to the email sent earlier and would be interested in volunteering, please let us know. Please share this email with your friends, husbands, wives etc. Thanks and Tizku Limitzvos!! (For more info, please see attachment)

While we are on the subject of Bikur Cholim, just want to remind everyone that Franky Templeberg is still in the Maimonides hospital. He needed a hip replacement following his fall on Shabbos. If you are able to visit him that would be greatly appreciated!! He is in the Gellman Wing, Room 811

Urgent Need

Hello All,

As we all are busy for this coming Pesach IYH there are many in our community that do not have the financial means to make Pesach are their own. That is where the JCC comes in. They deliver thousands of dollars of food to needy families in out community. The Rav just spoke to Shea Rubinstien who mentioned that he is well short of the funds needed to help these families this coming Pesach. The Rav has asked that an email be sent asking to those that have not yet contributed yet to please consider giving a donation to help those in our community. Checks can be given to the Rav or any of the Gaboim. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. Thanks!!!

Missing Coat, Mincha Maariv

~Someone accidentally took Moti Steins rain coat this past Shabbos afternoon. It is a Sanyo, size R-40. The rain coat left in the Shul is a Sanyo size R-38. If you were the one who took the rain coat, please let Moti know. His number is 917-613-4123. Thanks!

~Just a reminder that there is now Mincha Maariv, Sunday-Thursday throughout the summer IYH. This week Mincha Maariv is at 6:50 PM
