I’d like to thank the Rav once again for inviting me to speak in shul this past Shabbos and for his encouragement in making the JCC Library a reality. When it comes to bringing the community together, the Rav is always there for us.
I’d like to thank all of you as well for your enthusiastic response and encouragement with this project.
Besides thousands of books and dozens of computer stations, the library will include extracurricular activities such as workshops, book launches, Mommy & Me, guest speakers, books clubs, tutoring, and more. The library will be located at the lower level of the JCC Building and will serve Marine Park, Mill Basin, and Flatbush.
We are raising $375,000 on May 31 and would love for you to become a partner in making this a reality. You can join us in one of three ways:
