The Flatbush Community Fund is exploring ways to help families in our community access life insurance coverage. To see how we can be most effective, we’re asking each household to complete a short, confidential survey.
Whether you already have life insurance—or don’t yet—your input will help us get a clearer picture of where support is most needed.
The more responses we receive, the better we can understand our community and determine what’s possible. Your participation will help us plan proactively and ensure that families are better protected for the future.
